The Brand- Narendra Modi

 Gujarat election is more in focus; the only reason for it is the Brand Narendra Modi. Gujarat elections are totally dominated by Modi. He is already a winner. Though Modi has done development only in industrial section. Youths just find him perfect. But when I carefully think of Gujarat election I only recognize Modi in election. I find it difficult to recognize Modi's opposition names in election. The only development done by Modi is in urban cities like Ahmedabad, Surat........But in Gujarat the local issues such as drinking water, education, electricity is still a big issue.

It should be no surprise that all three major political parties in this election are led by men who cut their political teeth in the RSS Modi, Keshubhai Patel, Shankarsinh Vaghela.  But the problem is that people are not aware about these two politicians who are opposite Modi. We can’t even find Congress anywhere in the election. I question if Congress or others people are there in election or it is only Modi the monarch. Modi is projecting himself in 3 dimensions all over the Gujarat. Since 1995 in Gujarat the entire generation has only seen the saffron rule, for younger Gujarat in particular. They think that the Congress represents the ancient regime and the Gandhian values which in today’s world does not work.

          The main problem for Congress is that they remain absence of charismatic face in Gujarat to take on Brand Modi. Voters don’t choose just between two parties,they also choose between individuals.

          But what about the 2002 Riots happened in Gujarat no one is talking about it. Modi has economically on right track but socially conservative. People can’t even think Modi without Gujarat.The result of Gujarat elections are yet to come but the winner is already decided. Modi has occupied his place in people Hearts.
